To do it via interpretation of the ACAD DB is tediously slow, plus there is
no good way to inform ACAD of visual representation changes without having
ACAD do them itself.
Our integer transformations are faster than FP equivalents would be, BTW.
So your approach, while speeding things up, would still not be as fast. In
some cases, we don't even need to do any transformations.
