THE MAGIC WORDS! In all my years with Grolier and all my questions here no one has ever come up with an 800 number. I have a regular number and, when I have called, I have been shuffled from dept to dept without ever talking to a real person. I have written three letters and have heard nothing. Obviously, I am reluctant to subsidize Ma Bell when it nets me nothing. Today I called and they are "6-8 weeks behind." Fortunately I paid by check and the invoice number was written on it. They managed to find it right away, called me back while I was composing this message, and they will be sending it out to me – because they are behind it will still be several weeks tho. THANK YOU. I kept hoping repeated inquiries would stir up something that would help me and finally it did! Cheryl Rothwell
