My remarks were hardly "uneducated." Disgruntled, yes; uneducated, no.
And please give your theory about "80 percent accuracy is good enough" a
rest. In the case of Chicago's O'Hare Airport, 80 percent accuracy would
translate to losing 27,000 passengers every day.
Errors in new software packages are to be expected, but NOT necessarily
_accepted_. I'm not looking for a refund, either. I'm looking for a vastly
more accurate version 2.0.
