I will look into the 4.1 motherboard question. I do know that there were problems with certain motherboard revs. I still can't see the non-standard part. That seems sort of silly since we are the standard, or is somebody else making Amigas that I am not aware of. All I can say is that Commodore is aware of the desire of 4000 owners to be able to use SCSI cards, and by the way with a ROM upgrade you can use a 2091 on an A4000.
