#Radio Animation?

I've been following this thread for a while and thought I'd mention that I
had/have the same problem only I know what's causeing it.
I purchased a new Supra 144i internal Fax/modem and imeadiatly after installing
it in my desktop I started to recieve WNFL which is an AM Radio Station here in
Green Bay which carries Rush Limbough also by the way…<BG>.
The Radio Station was coming in faintly over the Modem Speaker.
From my old Radio Days I knew this had to be because a cable was just the right
length as to be able to receive a 2nd or 3rd harmonic.
I meant to remove the modem but interestingly enough as soon as we got a little
snow on the ground it went away.
The Stations Tower is about 2 miles away across the River just east of me and I
suspect that it's due to the Radials buried in the Ground around their
antenna….as soon as the snow melts and the ground drys out I'm sure I'll be
listening to Rush again. <BG>
I have plans to upgrade from the 14.4K to a 28.8 so maybe this won't be a
problem.
Anyone got a recommendation regarding new internal 28.8 Fax/Modems? <BG>
