While there are alternatives, most people get their "news" from the main stream sources and that means TV for the large majority. I also watch and am sometimes really irritated by the slant that seems apparent. Sometimes I get the impression that they are saying: — How DARE the congress allow people to have free choice? — How DARE the congress allow people to keep some money? Unfortunately the press is not subject to a vote, like the Congress is every two years.
