I am rendering an image and saving it to disk in a compressed .TIF file. The image size is 1024 X 768. I download this file to disk and send it to an imaging center for output to a 4X5 transparency. The image looks great, only it is quite squished in the horizontal direction. Upon talking to the manager at the imaging center, I find that when he reads in the image, its dimensions are 400 X 400. Is there something I need to do, or something my image center needs to do in order to accept my image as I rendered it? He is using a Mac IIfx hooked to a Matrix film recorder. Currently, I supply the center with a second .TIF with squares and circles so that they may get the correct horiz/vert ratio for the imaging. Any help would be appreciated. Craig Sherrett Veka, Inc.
