"No I don't see that sort of exercise costing anything remotely like $4 million." We're not talking about cost – since when did companies sell at cost unless it was a fire sale? The market worth of WP may be debatable, nonetheless it's the vendor's right to ask what they think they can get for it/and or what the entire process will be WORTH TO THEM.
