If you want to build applications with the CDK R2 (my assumption), then it has to be VC++2.0. And….if you want to use VC++2.0, then it has to be NT. (I'm pretty sure there's no way VC++2.0 will work with Win 3.1- but, feel free to ask MS the same question.) <<also, if i'm going to use version 1.5 (the only version supporting windows 3.1) why should i get manuals which only reference version 2.0??>> Only Version 2.0 is supported with CDK.
