#Video Editor for Novice
Hello Videophiles,
I am new to forum & videography. I am looking at a video capture card called
ProVideo for $99. Will this card allow me to capture video from a camcorder,
overlay titles and output it to a VCR? If not, what more do I need? I am not
looking to make any major investment as this is for personal pleasure only.
I am also looking at cards from Willow Peripherals (VGA-TV GE/O) and USVideo
(USVideo VGA/NTSC Recordable). Both cards are previously owned. Any comments
re: these would be appreciated.
I have a 486sx/33, 8mb ram, 250 hd available.
