Hourly charge?
I use a real low tech way of doing it. I just keep a log of
everything I do. He is in here daily and approves of it, making
changes, etc. I consider him more like a boss or supervisor than a
client. It works best for both of us this way. He still asks me to
make estimates on how much time an effect will take, however.
