Brandon: /_____________From your message_____________\\ If the owner can see the usefulness and is willing to spend the money, why can't the architect? _______________________________________________ Architects aren't owners. Architects have no money to spend!!!!! If the architects job is to design a building and his current methods are successful to that end, then there is no reason to add a burden of additional manhours to a job to produce something in excess of what currently is sufficient. Note this is part of the reason why CAD in general was not so readily accepted into the architectural tool box. No building department, planning board, state, federal or other agency requires computer generated anything. However, the owners do, and it is the owners that will eventually drag us architects into the computer age, IMHO. Bob
