I have made the man lift his weights and it turned out GREAT, but then I came across another problem : I wanted to place his weight pole in his hands frame by frame (and not in link) and then I thought : Is there a way to zoom in and lock a object (like his pole for exmp.) and then i will lock on his hand from the left view and place the pole in his hands frame by frame.
