LOCATING MISSING MESSAGES Messages can be deleted by the sender or receiver of the message. The command DEL only works from certain locations as you move through the various menus, but it does work. The SysOp also has the power to delete or move messages from one area to another. Sometimes a message is here, but you just can't find it. This article was prepared to help you in locating missing messages. One reason you may not be seeing the message you're looking for is because you're only seeing the messages that have been posted since your last visit. CHANGE age selection under MESSAGES to reset your cull criteria. There's a limit as to how far into the past you can peer. It varies based on traffic.
