Robert,
Let me try to address each of you questions in turn here.
>>
1. Is there anyway to select what mode the Project Editor Show function
displays in?
<<
The SHOW function in the Project editor will display the Image in the
resolution that the Image was rendered in. To display and use the Truecolor
modes detected when viewing Images that were rendered in that resolution, you
must also have the TrueColor button selected in the Project editor.
>>
2. What is the menu item that displays VESA modes for? Can you select any
of the mode for use in the editors or display modes?
>>
The menu merely cycles through all the VESA modes that Imagine has detected in
your graphics card. Imagine will detect all of your card's modes if it is VESA
1.2 compliant. Otherwise, it may miss a few resolutions. If your vesa drivers
are not 1.2 compliant, contact your video board manufacturer for updated
drivers. Or, you can use the Universal Vesa driver available in the GRAPHDEV
forum whichs works great with most boards. The display modes are only for
viewing your rendered images or anims. The resoultion of the editors, for now,
is fixed. This may change in the next version of Imagine.

3. I seem to be missing the lensflar.itx file.
<<
The lensflar.itx has been renamed to twinkle.itx since a global Lensflare.ifx
was added.
>>
4. I have several other .itx files that are not mentioned in texture.txt,
where are these documented?
>>
Which ones specifically? I ask only because I don't know if Impulse amended
their texture docs from when 3.0 was originally released.
>>
5. Is there anyway for me to create my own ITX or IFX files?
<<
If you are a C programmer, then yes. Information on object and texture
specifications are located in the file IM3DOC.ZIP in the Impulse file section.
>>
6. Lastly, I purchased directly from Impulse and my package did not include
a registration card.
<<
You're registered automatically when you purchase direct.
Hope that helps a bit,
