Hi Nick, >> be up to speed quite quickly Yes, the manual is excellent! The tutorials went well until the first animation. It is GPF'ing :((( Here's the scenario… On tutorial 12, page 192. I have everything ready to generate the animation and I press the button to generate the animation. Then I name it "table" with the extension of .AVI. Then the pixel depth box comes up… If I press "8 bit", I get "File Error, cannot find IC.DLL" then it GPF's with "GPF EYES.EXE at 0001:B8F2". What and where is IC.DLL? I can't find it in any of the directories the program created or in my Windows or System directory. So I reload it and do another animation, this time when I press the button to generate the animation, then name it and then it comes up with the pixel depth.. I press "Options" and I get "Application Error, call to undefined Dynalink". What is going on? Am I missing IC.DLL? How do I get it if it is missing. Help! Jim
