Can anyone tell me an efficient way to get non-linear Truetype text from a package like CorelDraw into Renderize Live? By non-linear I mean text that has been fitted to a path. Linear text, I realize, can be easily converted in Visual Font, but trying to export non-linear text from CorelDraw (as a .DXF for instance) results in a real mess in Visual Modeler. Thusfar, the only way I can see to do this is to convert the imported polylines to polygons and then use the Solid Subtract function to remove the open areas on letters with enclosed openings (i.e. "A", "B", "D", "O", etc.). It seems to me there ought to be a more efficient means of converting these. Help, please!!! – Jeremy Kumin, Written 17-Oct-1994 @ 11:15:13 Using: Windows NavCIS PRO 1.25
