Gary, When I run SCSIFMT it tells me I have the AHA-1510/AIC-6360 on the SoundBlaster 16/SCSI2 board, so the group one options apply. I hav since put the /H6 switch in config.sys, and the host adapter is showing up as unit 6. You want to add some more confusion to this? Go read what the glossary says about the AHA-1510/1520/1522 and the AIC-6260/6360. The former are a family of host adapters designed for use on the ISA bus. The later are SCSI protocol chips which provides an interace between the ISA bus and SCSI bus. You know what that sounds like to me? To me, it means I don't have both the AHA-1510 and the AIC-6360, just the AIC-6360 (as manual states is used on the SoundBlaster 16). Both chips are doing the same basic job – SCSI to ISA bus. 73, Kelly
