Bruce, you are exactly what I need. Somebody near Techni Soft, who can go down
and bitch at them, when my 10 phone calls have been made in vain. I got my card
after appr. that number of calls, but now I am a little hesitant about sending
it back for the bug fix. I would be very happy, if I could rely on you as an
absolute last resort, if everything else doesn't work.
