Instead of sending the drive off, why don't you invest in a phone call to
Microbotics at 214-437-5330 and ask for customer assistance? Apparently,
they're there to help you between the hours of 1000-1600 CST.
We've had problems like this before, when a messed up Rigid Disk Block on track
0 has caused the HF's auto-mount code to barf. There really isn't much to do
but try to format it on something else. Future versions of the HF driver prom
will likely cure this.
