Dave,
My preference is 3D Studio – much easier to work on the motion,
lights, etc. and greater flexibility for textures. If you'd like to
discuss over the phone, you can reach me at the office @ 310/820-4004 (M-F
9-5). Any discussion here would likely have to be somewhat terse. BTW,
motion for a simple walkthrough of a 3-bedroom house can be designed in
about 5 minutes, once the model makes it into 3D Studio.
