Just one of the many fabulous moments. Perry showed me a letter they received at ASDG, and a word that I (probably incorrectly) remember as "leppy bro" has become the generic description of letters that *seem* to be written in English, and then suddenly stop… Maybe Perry can chime in here with the real text of the letter. Now when we read a letter from an enthusiastic customer who, to their credit, try to converse in English, we refer to it as a "leppy bro" letter.
