Roger, Good point! <g> The real answer is: Every Educator has their own style of teaching, and method of delivery. As long as the final result, (the learning outcome) is a productive strong user, that's what really matters. Teach me effectively and quickly how to be really productive, and that's all I ask. Remember the question: who came first, the chicken or the egg? Answer: The lizards (dinosaurs) came first. I'm beginning to want to change my curriculum (OH NO! Not AGAIN!) to include small self-learning modules, and let the course participants decide what they want to discover first: edit or grips? BTW, how was the MMPPT ? (you lucky devil, grrrrrr). Input, please. Cheers, Mark K.
