If you encounter it all the time, have you reported as well? Yes, GD
has been good to me also, but this time they've apparently ignored the
problem. We should at least get a maintenence upgrade if not the 4.0
version at a more modest reasonable cost.
It is time to report the bug again if you haven't called them in a
while, time to start Squeaking that wheel, we need it fixed, pass us the
grease please.
