I guess I got lucky. I called a 8:45AM PST and got right through. Was off
the phone within five minutes with my RMA #. (But of course, my problem
was a little more cut-and-dried. ie:Toaster caused system to not power
up.)
Oh well, here's hoping I'm as lucky with the repairs.
