George,
no problem, I was a bit concerned the first time I tried it here. Go
ahead and drag the files. Since they are stock, they can't screw up
anything beyond giving you an additional capability.
Once you've done the reboot, whenever you insert a diskette, you'll see
two icons appear for each disk inserted, instead of the one before. If
the diskette is an Amiga diskette, you'll see the normal diskette icon
appear as well as one with PC0:???? (or PC1:????) appear. If the diskette
is an IBM diskette, the reverse will be true, i.e. something like DF0:????
and DOS6.2.
In any case, you can't harm the system, and it's completely reversible
if things go wrong (which is VERY unlikely).
One more comment. If you want to format a disk, while on the
Workbench, make sure that you correctly select whichever disk is
appropriate. If you want to format a disk for Amiga, select the Amiga
DF0: or DF1: icon. If you want to format a disk for the IBM, select the
IBM icon. This one has caught me unaware at times.
