Dean, The Supra board *can* function as a standard 512K memory expansion and that's how I am using it. The instructions say that *if* you only have 512K of chip RAM, you can enable the extra 512K as a RAM disk. When I put this command into my StartupSequence, it didn't work and I had to reboot with another disk to remove it. The more I think about it, the more I think it will porbably work. If not, I'll just have to switch back to A501 and sell off the Supra PC board to someone else. I'll let you know next week how it comes out, for your future reference. Actually, I've been operating without the shield for about a year. I got tired of taking it off and replacing it. It doesn't seem to affect RF interference much either way. Anyway, I think I've decided I can put 1.5 MB of the Spirit's memory into my SupraDrive HD case, so I don't think I'll try replacing the Spirit meory expansion in the computer. Thanks for your reply.
