EISA is certainly faster than ISA IDE but you said you are using VLB IDE. VLB
should be faster than your SCSI EISA. It is here. If not then maybe you do
have more problems in your setup on your ISA platform. I seem to recall you
have a history of problems with conflicts and configurations on your platforms,
or, am I confusing you with someone else?
