No, Protext doesn't have tables. It just has Box Mode. That lets you
mark any non-contiguous area of text as a block, which you can then use in
all the standard block operations. It also allows you to have up to, I
believe, 24 independently defined columns with their own margins and
fonts.
Tables are something that will have to go on the wish list.
