How do you account for this?<< The new ocean basin material flowed out from under the remaining crust meeting in the middle of the space between the continents. The force of the collision caused the symmetrical rise and its craggy features. The pressure on the newly hardened rise material caused the transform faults and their slipped condition. >> Why are the rises still active after the hole filled? << The rise area is very irregular and fractured as it came together creating voids and cracks that magma seeps upward in meeting sea water. >> How do you account for symmetrical magnetic anomalies around the spreading center? << The magnetic center of the earth has some of its material removed during the catastrophe and moved very erratically being unbalanced causing regular reversal of the apparent fields during those few days until it regained a balanced condition. >>Why is there subduction?<< I don't think subduction is occuring….the crust is floating on heavier liquids and I see no force in play that could push or pull the lighter material downward. >> It still seems to me that your ideas need quantitation and modeling. << This is just entertainment….I have no need to prove this concept…I just enjoy trying to work it all out.
