Maybe you could animate the liquid simply by using cloudy whispy thingys flying
randomly by the camera towards the vanishing point, you know, as if the
liquid's density or contents varied slightly. Or maybe particles in the liquid
(I don't know what the liquid is, so I can't really be more specific, just
don't put particles in the pipe if its supposed to be potable [ok for drinkin']
water in a water pipe<g>).
What IPAS routines to use, I'm not sure. We do mostly architectural stuff, so
we don't use a lot of IPAS routines.
Anyway, hope this helps a little (that is, if it made any sense<g>).
