Paul, Along with what Dean's suggestions were for keeping the printer clean, I found that the Fargo Primera and Primera Pro both are dependent upon composition. If you've got a long horizontal line, like a rain gutter, window frame, etc., when the printing process passes over that area I'm surmising that the temperature changes slightly, causing a streak to either side. I've found that by some tweaking to brightness and contrast, and staying away from solid dark colors, has made a great deal of difference. The problem with computer graphics is everything is so color rich and intense. Photos with lots of dithered colors seem to print the best. Hope that helps. Roger D.
