"VGA Monitor" means multisync. As far as I know, you need a multisync
monitor for the flickerFixer or FFV board. I have a flickerFixer with a
Mits 1381A multisync 14" monitor and it works great. It also has the
advantage of having a composite video in BNC connector on the back, so you
can connect a VCR, genlock or anything else that outputs composite video.
I don't know about WB 2.0 or the NEC 3D.
