David: We've both been anticipated. See "Graphics Transfer Made Easy", by Joel Hagen, in March 1992 AW: He recommends CrossDOS (although any Amy-to-PC program would do, I use Dos-2-Dos) followed by the Apple File Exchange, a Mac<->PC utility "on the standard Mac Systes Tools disks". In other words, no PC is necessary at any stage. (The rest of the article talks about differences in graphics file formats and display modes.) I think also the Dos-2-Dos people also make a Dos-to-Mac product. All that said, I confess that even between my two PC machines I use a null modem cable in preference to copying to floppies…so from a convenience standpoint maybe a cable would be easier… — Eric A.
