Take a look at DynoPage by Portfolio Systems. DynoPage is a print utility
that allows one to do amazing things when printing from any application,
including Word. A Demo is available here on CIS, so you can see if it will
do exactly what you want. (Since such a capability is not built into Word.)
You can get the DynoPage demo in the Mac "A" Vendors (go macaven) in the
Portfolio Systems library.
