I agree with you. But after 10 years as a home improvement contractor, the perception that your customers feel you totally know your subject, I emphasize perception, is very important to them. If in a conversation there are too many I don't knows they can sometimes decide to find someone who does. I still am trying to find out who my competition is, but I haven't run into anyone who's doing business with anybody else. But somebody told me there are a couple high end work stations running Wavefront. I'm still trying to find out how much they charge. And I guess trying to get an actual real-world price out of anyone on this forum is like pulling teeth <g>.
