Looks to me like you have QEMM installed improperly. Ditch it and see if
the problem goes away immediately… if it does, then download QINST.DOC
from DL6 and read it…
My guess is that QEMM isn't aware of what portion of upper ram that your
network/and or hard drive is using. Remember, you must access ALL of your
computer's components (memory, peripherals, etc.) with ALL of the software
that you use in ALL of the practices performed by your software to insure
that QEMM's optimize can tell where it needs to stay away from.
