PMJI, but I started a "Fractal" thread myself a week or so back, ended up buying Fractal bundled with the Wacom, and it's wonderful. I'm not an artist, but the Wacom feels the most solid, the most responsive thing I've ever picked up. (However, I've only looked at other tablets at things like Comdex — you know, you have about two seconds to make an evaluation of anything before the crush pushes you back). The pen is feather light, and seems to work with (these) non-artist type hands. The Wacom was dead simple to configure for Painter — the Wacom default installation works out of the box. BTW, I suggest you check out Kai's Power Tools, now available for Fractal and Photoshop.
