There are a few words that cause MAJOR confusing to newcommers to English but I can't think of any right now. Alot of these troublesome words sound like others but have a completely different spelling or words that sound alike or are even spelled the same with TOTALLY different meaning. Spanish, on the other hand, is mostly spelled as it is pronounced and have fewer confusions. >the only one he understood was "let's party" I guess some people have different priorities from others. :^)
