Greg,
Hi again. This is an interesting problem. I hope others will add any
experience they have had to solving it. The various resolutions will work and
it's only the dialog box that's freaking the screen. Does any other dialog box
act like this? Try them all. If not then its looking more bizarre. I hope
someone familiar with the internals of AAPro reads this. They might know why.
I wonder if it is a memory address conflict. Maybe when it checks for the list
of possible resolutions its hitting some snag. Maybe the full moon was in
alignment with Mars on the night the driver was written. Getting the picture
that I'm stumped? Any help out there?
New subject: I wish very much that a higher color version of AAPro was
available, especially since I can create things in 3DS with 65k or 16m colors
and would like to dump them to tape with an encoder. I can't afford
frame-by-frame equipment and I hate being stuck with 256 colors (even if
dithering looks good).
Drop me a line and tell me about how you're using 3DS/AAPro.
