Join the NEC Multisync 3D Border Club. It's not just you – everyone with
the 3D has this problem.
I haven't solved it, but there is a program called MonEd (I think) in the
libraries. I seem to remember that it claimed to do away with the
borders. I haven't bothered to try it though – if you do, tell us your
results.
