Don, just to clarify, what you did say was that Diaquest was going to
be out of business with this new technology. Since then you have
expanded on your position or I should say clarified what you meant,
which is that if Diaquest doesn't get with the program they're going
to loose their position. I don't recall your saying Diaquest was
going Chapter 11 either.
