The STATS tool is your best bet in setting lines up accurately … as for your
first example: Select Line Tool …. draw line. Select Arc Tool …. draw arc.
Draw is based on a pulldown menu/windowing interface … rather than using a
command language … STATS is the tool for getting numerical modification of
elements. Oh and if you want to connect lines, you can use Data Snap (turn off
