Do you know whether that drive is supposed to work with Amigas? IDE
drives are often hosed for Amiga use.
A PC program exists which accelerates PC IDE use and, incidentally, can
test for compatibility with the Amiga. (If it is compatible with this
software, it is compatible with the Amiga). I believe the software is
called "Drive Rocket" and costs about $30.
