Lee, PMFJI, but I went through the tutorial and was able to get old Bob skinned without too much trouble. Have you checked all the angles? (Z,Y,X). I didn't have to zoom in too much to get it to work, about the same as a close-up. I was using the PC version, which platform are you on? i guess the only other thing I can think of is did you have the correct objects selected when you went to skin? Good luck! AD
