#Origin of petroleum?

Jon This is speculation on my part. Petroleum is altered quickly if subjected to high heat. The lighter gas and volatiles will vent off threw cracks and fractures as well as into the air. Based on these characteristics it appears to me the process of converting the meat to oil was a short term event and probable the heat and pressure conditions did not occur again. Kamron
