Can you be a bit more specific about what you don't like about the Mac GUI? I frankly have found it to be the cleanest, most professional implimentation of a graphical user interface anywhere (oh, no, not an all out GUI war 😎 I think the Amiga's strong points are its multitasking and graphics capabilities. The GUI, on the other hand, needs alot of work IMHO to make it _really_ slick. It lacks a standard max/min type of gadget. You need gadgets to pull windows to the front, where just clicking anywhere on the window should be sufficient. Keystrokes should come through to requesters so gadgets can be selected by keyboard as well as mouse (how 'bout enter to select the default?). Default resolution's too low to look really professional. When these types of things are done in the Amiga GUI (1.4?), then I'll consider in the same league as that of the Mac's. In the meantime, the Amiga's method ain't bad, though, just not the best.
