Low-slot Future Amiga?

From what I'm being told, Commodore is making an 80386 bridgecard. It is based on the 386SX chip. I do not have any information yet if it can now use the Amiga serial port or has built in VGA graphics. I can almost certainly say that the A3000 does not have an 80386 chip built in to work as a bridgecard. (I think it's a great idea, but it would add too much to the cost of the base machine)
