Contact Bay Area Video Coalition in San Francisco. They offer a media center
for nonprofits. 415-861-3279. However, BAVC is for nonprofits. I don't know
what services they offer the consumer off the street, so I don't quite see the
connection between <<centers for nonprofit folks>> and <<video consumers using
these facilities to edit their tapes>>.
You might also contact the Film Arts Foundation, 415-552-8760 and Media
Alliance, 415-546-6334. Same rules apply: big help to nonprofits, but not sure
if they offer much to consumers.
