As a result of the discussion here, I understand that CIS is copyrightin
the DL's as a whole, not the individual programs. Certainly, CIS has a
right to prevent someone from downloading entire DL's and then offering
them at a reduced price on a private, commercial bbs. However, I'm still
uncertain of where the line is drawn.
